Maui Beachside Bungalows is a small, host-run short-term rental operation in Kihei, Maui, Hawai'i, owned and operated by Megan & Bryan. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you visit seasunmaui.com or contact us about a stay.
When you submit a booking request, send us a direct message, or contact us via Instagram, we collect only the information you choose to share — typically your name, travel dates, group size, and any questions about your stay. We use this solely to reply to your enquiry and manage your booking.
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically processes your IP address and request metadata to serve the website and prevent abuse. We do not currently run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
If you book through Airbnb, your data is handled by Airbnb under their own Privacy Policy. We receive only the booking details Airbnb shares with hosts.
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set essential technical cookies required to serve and protect the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Under applicable US state privacy laws, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to opt out of data sales (we do not sell data). To exercise any of these rights, contact us directly.
